The role is responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-quality static, animated, and video assets, specifically focusing on high-stakes marketing decks and social media campaigns. This includes translating complex data into digestible visuals and maintaining scalable presentation templates and design systems.

The role involves building original site designs for Learning Management Systems in Figma and maintaining scalable design systems. The designer will audit UX component libraries and conduct user testing to ensure brand consistency and accessibility.

Create and update accurate CAD drawings, including system schematics, rack elevations, and room layouts for AV projects. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to document infrastructure requirements and produce installation-ready design packages.

Manage full-cycle recruitment for media production and broadcast engineering roles, handling 10-15 open requisitions. Source top talent using advanced platforms and partner with hiring managers to build effective talent pipelines.
