The Position:
FullStack is currently seeking a Technical Client Partner to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving our go-to-market strategy, sales, and business development activities. You will report to the VP of Sales and be accountable for achieving revenue targets from new target accounts, traveling onsite, and forecasting/achieving revenue growth targets.


Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for our tech services, focusing on both current and prospective clients.
  • Be responsible for achieving revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for your portfolio of strategic accounts.
  • Create and maintain a detailed account plan outlining necessary relationships, opportunities, revenue expectations, and strategies to address potential threats and weaknesses.
  • Strategically manage and advance customer relations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, retention, and identifying upselling opportunities.
  • Utilize various prospecting techniques, including networking, cold calling, and other lead generation methods, to identify and convert new business opportunities.
  • Promote our full range of services within the client's organization, ensuring they are aware of the value we can provide.
  • Conduct quarterly and monthly business reviews to assess and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Create and negotiate complex quotes, RFIs/RFPs, and contracts, managing the entire sales negotiation process at the decision-making level.
  • Collaborate with the Staffing and Recruiting teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently.


What we're looking for:
  • 10+ years of experience in sales.
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the software consulting, IT staffing, or IT recruiting industry.
  • Proficiency with CRM practices, with experience in Hubspot as a preferred tool.
  • Excellent networking skills and the ability to build productive relationships with decision-makers.
  • Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional prioritization, time management, and organizational abilities.
  • In-depth understanding of best sales practices and negotiating techniques.
  • A proven track record of opening doors to new opportunities and achieving revenue quotas.
