Job Description

The Revenue Operations Analyst will work cross-functionally to create, maintain, and operate systems & processes that enable Kipu’s growth. This role will facilitate systems (Salesforce.com), ensure data integrity, and develop analysis that allows the Go-To-Market teams to generate insights that inform the growth strategy.

Your Responsibilities

  • Build clear reports & dashboards to support business decision making
  • Document and maintain key processes and monitor process adherence and adoption 
  • Manage the creation, analysis and maintenance of reports and dashboards designed to monitor predictive and performance trends
  • Perform ad hoc analysis for various departments in the revenue cycle to guide business strategy and support decision making
  • Support Sales team with (Salesforce.com) day-to-day reporting needs and management
  • Manage data across multiple business intelligence tools such as Power BI and Salesforce
  • Understand key business drivers and utilize that knowledge to analyze and resolve business ops issues and needs
  • Manage customer outreach processes and analytics, including Net Promoter Score (NPS)
  • Report on processes behind customer handoff points: Marketing, Sales, Implementation, Client Success, and Support
  • Track, measure, and evaluate KPIs across various operations departments to determine if org objectives are met
  • Maintain close coordination with Finance and Sales managers for revenue & financial reporting
  • Other responsibilities as defined by the VP of Revenue Operations

Your Qualifications

  • 2 to 4 years of proven work experience as a Revenue Operations Analyst or similar role
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Understanding of standard business practices related to Marketing & Sales Operations processes and systems (sales cycle, CRM, Marketing applications, lead generation, reporting, forecasting, territory management, compensation planning and sales quotas)
  • Demonstrated ability to guide and mentor Jr Analysts
  • Ability to build productive and positive relationships across the organization at all levels 
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly with executive-level partners
  • Experience with GTM tools including Salesforce
  • Knowledge of market research, sales and forecasting principles
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply new information in customer-facing scenarios. 
  • Positive and collaborative attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience within the Addiction Treatment and Behavioral Health Industry. 
  • Experience in EMR or general SaaS Revenue Operations.
