Shuru is looking for an ambitious Sales Director to expand our presence across Europe, the Middle East, APAC, Australia, and other international markets.The ideal candidate has experience selling IT Services internationally and understands how to build relationships across diverse cultures and buying environments, You will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition while positioning Shuru as a trusted global technology partner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business across Europe, Middle East, APAC, Australia, and other international regions.
  • Own the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to contract signing.
  • Build relationships with CXOs, technology leaders, procurement teams, and business executives.
  • Sell AI, Data Engineering, Cloud, Enterprise Applications, Digital Engineering, Custom Software Development, and IT Staff Augmentation services.
  • Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Conduct discovery sessions and solution presentations.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and close profitable deals.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM updates.
  • Collaborate closely with delivery and solution teams.


Requirements

  • 5-10 years of IT Services sales experience.

  • Experience selling into international markets outside North America.

  • Strong understanding of global enterprise sales.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Experience selling offshore development services.

  • Ability to manage multiple regions and different time zones.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on new business development.

Preferred

  • Existing customer network across Europe, Middle East, APAC, or Australia.

  • Experience working with multinational enterprises.

  • Knowledge of regional buying behaviour and enterprise procurement processes.

  • Experience selling AI, Cloud, Data Engineering, or Digital Engineering services.
