We are seeking a Regional Account Manager to expand our footprint across the Midwest by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating meaningful client relationships, and serving as a trusted advisor to our partners. This individual will play a critical role in driving revenue growth while helping clients solve complex business challenges through a consultative sales approach.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a territory growth strategy to generate new business opportunities.
- Prospect, qualify, and close new client relationships.
- Build strong partnerships with insurance carriers, TPAs, self-insured employers, and other industry stakeholders.
- Conduct meaningful discovery conversations to understand client pain points and recommend tailored solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through implementation handoff.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met and solutions are delivered successfully.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking within Salesforce.
- Represent IMPAXX at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales goals and revenue targets.
What We're Looking For
- 6-8 years of successful sales or business development experience.
- Proven track record of prospecting, building pipelines, and closing new business.
- Experience carrying and achieving quota-driven goals.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to engage executive-level decision-makers.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Experience in insurance, workers' compensation, claims, investigations, case management, or related industries preferred.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory.
