Job Title: Product Owner Fusion & Fleet Management

Reports to: LATAM Vice President 

Work Location/Travel: Remote within Colombia or on-site at client locations. Occasional travel (up to 20%) may be required for client engagements. 

Job Summary: 

The Tier 2 Product Owner will provide functional support and product ownership for Oracle Fusion SCM and Oracle Cloud Fleet Management. This role will resolve complex issues, support fleet operations, prioritize enhancements, and partner with business and IT stakeholders to improve processes and shape the product roadmap.  

Essential Functions: 

• Serve as the functional Product Owner for Oracle Fusion SCM and Oracle Cloud Fleet Management.
• Provide Tier 2 support for complex escalated issues.
• Troubleshoot functional issues, process gaps, configuration concerns, and exceptions.
• Prioritize incidents, defects, enhancements, and support requests.
• Partner with IT, technical teams, Oracle support, and third parties to resolve issues.
• Document issues, root causes, resolutions, and process improvements.
• Support knowledge transfer and transition processes to business ownership.
• Support fleet planning, vehicle utilization, dispatch operations, and day-to-day fleet processes.
• Gather requirements, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
• Assess the impact of process, system, and configuration changes.
• Support functional testing, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution.
• Support fleet execution, vehicle and equipment tracking, driver management, dispatch activities, and fleet-related exceptions.
• Support asset lifecycle, equipment, driver data, and related processes.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and enhancements.
• Help prioritize the product backlog and enhancement pipeline.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Support the roadmap for future enhancements, integrations, and analytics.
• Communicate priorities, risks, dependencies, and status to stakeholders. 

Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Stay ahead of trends through continuous learning and certifications (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle Cloud).
• Work directly with clients to provide strategic insights and solutions tailored to their needs.
• Contribute to internal initiatives and help shape our presence in Colombia.
• Share your expertise with team members and clients, fostering growth and innovation.

Supervisory Responsibilities: 

• Provide training and mentorship to technical staff to support their professional growth.
• Participate in the recruitment process, including conducting interviews to assess candidates’ qualification.
• Assign tasks, set clear expectations, and manage the workflow of project team members to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Conduct performance evaluations, delivering timely and constructive feedback to enhance team performance and development. 

Work Environment: 

The role may be performed remotely or on-site at a client location, depending on project requirements. For remote work, employees are expected to maintain a professional and distraction-free workspace, including appropriate virtual backgrounds if needed. A reliable and high-speed internet connection is essential to ensure smooth communication and productivity. 

Physical Requirements: 

• Prolonged periods sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer. 
• Bending, sitting lifting, driving. 

Required Education and Experience: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Information Science - related field or commensurate experience required.  
• At least 3 years of related experience required.
