Own private-label projects from innovation through packaging changes, while maintaining forecasts and delivering sales dashboards, scorecards, and proactive customer communications.

Who We Are

At Nature's Touch, you're not just building a career; you're joining a trailblazing team that believes in the power of collaboration, diversity, and continuous learning.

Since 2004, we've been on a fast-growing journey from a small startup to a global leader in private-label frozen food manufacturing. With modern facilities across North America - including two plants in Canada, two in the U.S., and one in Mexico - we proudly supply millions of households worldwide. What drives us is simple: a commitment to quality, innovation, and sustainability.

We're shaping the future of frozen fruit - and we'd love for you to be part of that growth. At Nature's Touch, growth opportunities are everywhere!

The Opportunity

We're looking for a trailblazing Key Account Manager to grow our private-label business with major U.S. retailers. This is a builder's role. Reporting to the Director of Sales, US, you'll be the face of Nature's Touch for your accounts: you'll grow our business with existing customers, build strong partnerships with newly acquired retail partners, and turn a growing U.S. portfolio into a market we lead. Our focus is Private Brands.

At Nature's Touch, we believe in Collaborative Disruption: using insight-driven conversations, co-creating value with our customers, and leading joint business planning to deliver sustainable growth for both sides. This role isn't about transactional selling - it's about replacing the traditional buyer-seller dynamic with real partnership.

If you're an entrepreneurial, tech-savvy account leader who knows how retailers work, is ready to challenge the status quo, and wants to see your impact on the shelf, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

Account Strategy & Partnership

  • Be the strategic partner and primary advocate for major U.S. retail customers, balancing their needs with Nature's Touch's business objectives
  • Develop and execute bold, customer-centric account strategies that unlock growth, maximize profitability, and strengthen long-term partnerships
  • Build trusted, collaborative relationships with assigned accounts, with a relentless commitment to service excellence

Negotiation & Commercial Management

  • Lead time-sensitive pricing and contract negotiations - a core part of this role throughout the year - delivering win-win outcomes that support sustainable growth in our crop-driven categories
  • Prepare and run each negotiation with a clear, data-backed position on pricing, costs, programs, and terms
  • Maintain accurate budgets and forecasts that support strong in-stock performance

Insights & Category Growth

  • Bring insight to every conversation - use POS and market data to uncover growth opportunities and build compelling, customer-focused proposals
  • Craft compelling, insights-driven presentations that turn data into actionable plans for mutual growth
  • Drive category growth through the 4 P's in partnership with category teams, influencing promotional strategies and customer activation plans

Private-Label Project Ownership

  • Own the end-to-end project lifecycle with private-label customers - from innovation through packaging changes - ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction

Reporting & AI

  • Develop, run, and communicate weekly and monthly sales performance dashboards and scorecards
  • Use AI and automation to speed up analysis, reporting, and presentation prep, and to fuel smarter, data-driven decisions
  • Manage customer communications proactively, with responsiveness and professionalism

What You Bring

  • Degree or diploma in business, communication, marketing, or a related field
  • 3 to 5 years of experience managing large national accounts as an Account Manager, or in product or category management at a retailer - required
  • Retail experience - required. You know how major retailers work: their processes, tools, and people
  • Private-label experience - required. You're motivated by private-label work, not just national brands
  • Entrepreneurial drive - a self-starter who takes ownership, takes calculated risks, and is driven to bring in new business
  • Strong, proven negotiation skills, with a track record of win-win outcomes on pricing and contracts
  • Experience with major U.S. national retailers
  • Strong knowledge of food processing and packaging, international business, and quality systems
  • Proven track record of business development and disruptive customer or category collaboration
  • Tech-savvy AI user who applies AI tools and automation to analysis, reporting, and presentations - and is genuinely curious about what's next
  • High-calibre analytical and presentation skills; you turn data into clear recommendations
  • Experience with project management tools and software
  • Superior written and verbal communication and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Category management and/or marketing experience - an asset
  • Food service industry experience - a significant asset

Working Conditions

  • Full-time, permanent position, Monday to Friday
  • Remote, based in the Mid to West United States
  • Travel required 10-15% of the time

Why Join Us

  • Partner with major U.S. retailers on programs that land on shelves across the country
  • Shape the growth of private-label frozen fruit in a fast-moving, crop-driven category
  • Join a fast-growing, global company with an entrepreneurial, collaborative culture and close proximity to decision-makers
  • Work with a team that values innovation, accountability, and mutual support
