Your Tasks
- Manage and grow an assigned customer portfolio across the EMEA region, ensuring excellent customer service and account development.
- Support Territory Managers by handling inside sales activities and enabling them to focus on business development and customer acquisition.
- Drive lead generation activities through database management, telemarketing campaigns, and proactive customer outreach.
- Own the lead management process, including qualification, allocation, and follow-up of sales opportunities.
- Prepare, coordinate, and follow up on quotations, including pricing clarifications, approvals, and customer negotiations.
- Maintain accurate customer data and sales activities in SAP and Salesforce while supporting forecasting and reporting processes.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Order Management, Operations, and Finance to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Your Profile
- Several years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Support, Customer Service, or a comparable commercial role.
- Proven experience managing customer relationships and supporting business growth independently.
- Experience preparing quotations and discussing pricing with customers in a B2B environment.
- Strong organizational skills with a structured and proactive working style.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Fluent German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage. Experience with SAP and/or Salesforce is beneficial.
