About the Role

We are searching for an ambitious German-Speaking Digital Health Sales Representative to drive sales success throughout the DACH region. In this capacity, you will sell a leading AI-powered software designed to relieve psychotherapists of heavy administrative tasks so they can spend more time delivering high-value patient care.

Joining as an early team member at a fast-scaling HealthTech company, you will play a vital role in establishing our sales structure from the ground up (0 to 1). You will take responsibility for the entire sales funnel—executing outbound prospecting activities as well as closing inbound leads—while continuously shaping our sales collateral and market strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Revenue & Conversions: Convert inbound lead flows from webinars and free trials into paying customers by conducting discovery conversations, hosting product demos, executing consistent follow-up strategies, and closing deals.
• Outbound Prospecting: Develop new sales channels (group practices, medical centers/MVZs, educational institutions, associations, industry conferences) through phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Build the Sales Playbook: Experiment with sales channels, iterate email outreach, refine responses to client objections, and set up scalable selling workflows alongside active pipeline management.
• Full-Funnel Ownership: Measure, track, and attain critical performance metrics in close coordination with the Commercial Engine Lead.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing to optimize targeting and communication tactics; produce impactful sales collateral.
• Product Feedback Loop: Deliver organized market feedback to Product teams to help clear deal obstacles and address customer demands.

Requirements

Must-Haves:

• Experience: 3 to 5+ years of success in B2B SaaS or Digital Health sales with a strong track record of hitting target quotas.
• Languages: C2 Native German skills combined with fluent professional English (B2+).
• Prospecting Mindset: Active hunter mindset comfortable making high-volume outreach calls (up to 40 per day) and availability for evening prospect calls (5:00 PM – 7:00 PM).
• Domain Credibility: Ability to rapidly build professional trust with psychotherapists and medical decision-makers.
• Systems & Data Driven: Proficient in CRM optimization, automated outreach tools, pipeline tracking, and data-backed selling.
• Entrepreneurial Ambition: Motivation to construct a sales organization from scratch instead of relying on pre-existing pipelines or SDR assistance.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Direct track record selling to private clinics, medical professionals, or within the German statutory healthcare (KV) landscape.
• Clinical background, professional license, or training in healthcare and psychotherapeutic settings.
• Expertise with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, outbound automation tools, and performance funnel workflows (webinars, self-service trials).
