Why This Role Matters

As Hupo continues to grow globally, keeping our new business operations running smoothly becomes increasingly important.

This role sits within the New Business team, supporting the team across prospecting, pipeline management, sales operations, and commercial execution. You’ll help the team stay organised, keep opportunities moving, and support the sales process from prospecting through to close.

You’ll work closely with Account Executives and senior commercial leaders, giving you broad exposure to enterprise sales and how a fast-growing AI-native company builds new customer relationships.

What You'll Do

  • Sales Administration: Maintain CRM records, pipeline tracking, reporting, and day-to-day sales administration.

  • CRM & Systems: Support CRM automation, systems setup, integrations, and process improvements across sales workflows.

  • Prospect Research: Research target accounts, identify relevant stakeholders, and support lead generation and outbound initiatives.

  • Pipeline Support: Help maintain accurate opportunity information, track follow-ups, and keep sales activities moving forward.

  • Sales Support: Assist with proposals, contracts, meeting preparation, client documentation, and other sales materials.

  • Procurement & Coordination: Support vendor sourcing, quotations, purchase coordination, and other operational processes.

  • Special Projects: Take on ad-hoc projects across New Business, Sales, and the wider business.

What Success Looks Like

Within your first few months, you'll:

  • Become a reliable owner of recurring sales and operational processes.

  • Keep CRM data, pipeline information, and sales activities accurate and up to date.

  • Help the sales team stay organised and move opportunities forward efficiently.

  • Deliver accurate and timely support across multiple sales opportunities.

You’ll also be expected to continuously:

  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and workflows.

  • Take ownership of tasks from start to finish.

  • Work proactively and independently, rather than waiting for instructions.

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, sales support, business development, or a similar role. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proactive, resourceful, and willing to take ownership.

  • Comfortable working independently and figuring things out in an ambiguous environment.

  • Strong follow-through and the ability to keep track of multiple moving pieces.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with CRM tools or sales operations processes.

  • Experience supporting enterprise sales or commercial teams.

  • Experience with prospect research, lead generation, or outbound sales.

  • Strong spreadsheet skills and comfort working with data.

  • Experience working in a startup, scale-up, or B2B SaaS environment.

  • Interest in startups, AI, or B2B SaaS businesses.
