Job Description

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to play a crucial role in supporting our thriving urban farming operations. Responsibilities

  • Manage comprehensive bookkeeping operations using Xero accounting software, including processing incoming bills, conducting reconciliations, and generating client invoices
  • Navigate and submit invoices and documentation through various third-party client portals, ensuring seamless client relationship management
  • Oversee the general administrative email account with daily/weekly monitoring to ensure critical communications and bills are never missed by the internal team
  • Lead new client onboarding processes and maintenance service documentation by updating and distributing standardized materials to clients
  • Provide general administrative support to maintain smooth business operations across all departments

Requirements

  • Proven experience and proficiency with Xero accounting software (this is an essential requirement)
