Manage the digital experience roadmap and serve as the primary liaison between Marketing and IT for Zelis.com. Lead the Digital Marketing Design System and oversee major digital initiatives, including CMS/DXP migrations.

Serve as the primary point of contact for large complex healthcare payers to drive revenue growth and ensure client retention. Manage strategic account plans, lead contract negotiations, and orchestrate Zelis services to exceed client expectations.

Oversees the Total Rewards function, managing daily operations for compensation and benefits while ensuring data accuracy and compliance. Leads and coaches a small team to execute strategic initiatives and resolve escalated employee inquiries.

Design, build, and operate scalable core backend systems and high-quality services. Provide technical leadership through architectural guidance, mentoring engineers, and improving delivery workflows.

The role involves designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining high-quality backend services and supporting systems, while also owning services in production, including monitoring and operational health. Responsibilities also include driving architectural decisions, improving delivery workflows, and mentoring other engineers through technical guidance.
