Lead the design and development of the enterprise integration layer using MuleSoft to connect billing, signup, and platform systems. Modernize integration architecture by replacing legacy services and implementing scalable API-led connectivity.

This role serves as the strategic architect for internal AI transformation, moving the organization from fragmented usage to a unified, secure Enterprise Agent Fabric reporting to the VP of ETT. The individual will steer the internal AI Council, interface with C-level stakeholders, and partner with technical leads to build the central 'AI OS' for global workforce empowerment.
