The AI Operations Lead will drive the transition to an AI-native operating model by building automations and establishing shared infrastructure. They will also lead AI governance, measure business impact, and provide training to enable teams to effectively utilize AI tools.

The role involves managing People operations, including program management for performance reviews and compliance, alongside full-cycle recruiting. You will also partner with leadership to automate HR workflows and maintain internal systems.
