The Client Partner is responsible for managing the commercial performance and strategic relationships of a customer portfolio to drive retention and expansion. They lead internal account teams to ensure consistent customer narratives, execute renewals, and identify growth opportunities.
The consultant will provide presales technical design for Avaya solutions while serving as a strategic advisor to help clients optimize their customer experience environments. They will collaborate with sales and engineering teams to develop accurate configurations, licensing, and technology roadmaps for enterprise clients.
