The technician is responsible for the remedial repair, preventive maintenance, and system reliability of telephony and network hardware at assigned customer sites. They act as a primary point of contact for facility staff and perform onsite troubleshooting, cable installation, and kiosk maintenance.

Responsible for achieving net revenue targets through renewals and upselling within existing growth product categories. The role involves managing client relationships, forecasting pipelines, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure account satisfaction.

Drive new business growth and manage an existing portfolio of correctional agency clients across the Western Region to achieve revenue targets. Build strategic partnerships with correctional leaders and introduce additional technology products and services to enhance customer value.
