Act as a Chief of Staff for Growth to define priorities and drive execution across supply and demand growth roadmaps. Lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, and Sales to optimize growth funnels and track measurable outcomes.

The role involves building the technical roadmap based on business requirements and leading the engineering team to ensure timely execution of that roadmap for customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include developing and optimizing LLM-based solutions using techniques like prompt engineering, RAG, and agent architectures, while maintaining high-quality code.

The Program Manager will identify and address key business challenges, drive the product roadmap, and oversee execution while optimizing operational processes. They will act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams to ensure successful delivery of high-quality products that align with organizational goals.
