The Lead Backend Engineer is responsible for designing and maintaining the core scalable backend architecture of the Piktochart platform. This includes optimizing database performance, conducting code reviews, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performing systems.

Execute high-volume outbound outreach via cold-calling and email to target mid-market and enterprise platforms. Focus on creating a pipeline of qualified discovery meetings and providing market feedback to refine the go-to-market strategy.

The Product Manager will lead the strategy and execution of the global payments infrastructure, including checkout optimization and gateway integrations. They will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure reliable, secure, and compliant payment experiences for merchants.

The Quality Assurance Engineer will design and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the reliability and performance of the e-commerce platform. They will also develop automated test suites and collaborate with engineering teams to identify and resolve defects throughout the development lifecycle.

You will extend and enhance backend services and frontend interfaces for the platform's funnel and onboarding builder. You will also ship features end-to-end, debug issues, and participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.

The Customer Support Specialist is responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting a wide range of customer problems, including technical issues and usage questions, by creating bug tickets on JIRA and ensuring timely resolutions. This role requires delivering professional communication across various channels, collaborating with Engineering and Product teams, and contributing to the knowledge base.
