The Senior Account Executive will develop new business for lighting and AV systems by building relationships with venues, schools, and theaters. They are responsible for managing the entire sales cycle from initial discovery and needs analysis through to contract closing and internal project handoff.
Manage entertainment lighting projects from kickoff through completion, including schedules, priorities, deliverables, equipment specifications, estimates, proposals, and bids. Coordinate suppliers, clients, installers, engineering and sales teams, and on-site trades while managing submittals, shipments, installation schedules, documentation, and job-site challenges.
Own and execute the sales strategy, manage revenue targets and pipeline health, and lead and coach the sales organization while personally developing strategic accounts. Generate competitive-bid and design-build opportunities, build executive-level industry relationships, establish disciplined sales processes, and align commercial commitments with operations and customer outcomes.
The Rigging Inspector will perform on-site inspections of theatrical rigging and stage equipment while producing detailed reports and recommendations. They will also provide technical guidance to internal teams and help expand the company's maintenance service offerings.
The Project Manager will lead stage-rigging and drapery projects from initial specification and estimation through procurement, installation, and final closeout. They are responsible for coordinating with engineering, sales, and on-site trades to ensure complex theatrical systems are delivered safely and on schedule.
