  • Coordinate submittals, shipments, installation schedules, and project documentation.
  • Communicate proactively with clients, suppliers, installers, engineering teams, sales teams, and on-site trades.
  • Identify and solve job-site challenges in partnership with installation, engineering, and sales.
  • Maintain and develop supplier relationships.
  • Apply company installation and project-delivery standards.
  • Support other project-management and estimating responsibilities as needed.

What You Bring

  • At least five years of professional stage-rigging experience.
  • Knowledge of theatrical rigging, drapery, and related equipment; field-installation experience is a plus.
  • Experience with project planning, budgeting, estimating, and scheduling.
  • Strong ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and job-site conditions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Acrobat or Bluebeam, and Vectorworks or AutoCAD.
  • Excellent organization, communication, attention to detail, and safety awareness.
  • A valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work safely at heights, including on ladders, lifts, and stage grids.
  • Availability for occasional evening or weekend work.

Preferred Qualifications

  • ETCP Theatre Rigger certification, or willingness to attain certification.
  • Experience with motorized hoists, rigging automation, or related control systems.
  • Experience integrating rigging with lighting, AV, or other performance systems.

Benefits

  • Quarterly discretionary bonus opportunity
  • Medical, dental, vision, life, and additional insurance benefits
  • 15 days / 120 hours of PTO plus holidays
