You will establish the company's finance and accounting function, including revenue recognition policies, monthly close processes, and P&L restructuring. Own the end-to-end design and implementation of supplier integrations for cruise, lodging, and insurance partners. Ensure reliability and observability of third-party APIs while contributing to internal tooling and AI-assisted workflows.
Drive the development of agentic and MCP-based tooling to accelerate R&D workflows and increase autonomous throughput. Ship production code weekly while training and leveling up the engineering team's AI fluency and prompt engineering practices.
