The Onsite CDL Driver Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing qualified commercial driver's license holders to meet staffing needs. They also manage the onboarding process, maintain candidate documentation, and build relationships to ensure a reliable driver workforce.

Perform Over-the-Road (OTR) driving duties for a premier refrigerated transportation company. Transport time-sensitive, temperature-controlled, and dry-expedited commodities across the US, Canada, and Mexico.

The recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified CDL drivers to maintain a dependable workforce. This includes managing the full recruitment lifecycle from initial outreach and compliance verification to onboarding and reporting.
