The Field Investigator conducts investigations to ensure employer compliance with workers' compensation laws and regulations. They analyze information to issue proposed orders, impose sanctions, and provide technical education to regulated employers.
The Investigator 2 serves as the initial point of contact for inquiries regarding the Oregon Medical Board and manages the intake of complaints against licensees. They are responsible for conducting preliminary and malpractice investigations, documenting findings, and assisting the compliance section with monitoring licensee agreements.
