Provide technical, analytical, and administrative support to the Office of Business Operations and the Office of Health Policy to advance the Rural Health Transformation Program. This includes managing workflow improvements, maintaining technical trackers, and ensuring compliance with Oregon Public Meeting Laws.

Support the Agricultural Water Quality Program through strategic implementation, monitoring projects, and grant administration. Conduct onsite investigations to ensure compliance with water quality and drainage channel maintenance rules on agricultural lands.

Serve as a subject matter expert for Medicaid and Marketplace insurance to analyze complex cases involving eligibility, enrollment, and appeals. Develop operational guidelines and provide support for training, compliance, and quality assurance for the state-run technology platform and consumer assistance center.

Resolve disputes by issuing legally binding Orders on Reconsideration based on thorough analysis of claim closures and statutory compliance. Facilitate dispute resolution through negotiation, mediation, and education of the involved parties.
