Starburst

The VP of Professional Services will lead and scale the organization responsible for the entire customer journey, including onboarding, adoption, and renewals. This role is accountable for driving Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) while managing cross-functional teams to ensure customer value realization.

Own the end-to-end planning and creation of highly technical documentation for configuration, deployment, and integration. Partner with engineers and product managers to develop AI-consumable content and establish documentation standards.

Lead the global deal desk function to ensure complex commercial transactions are structured, approved, and executed with speed and consistency. Act as a strategic bridge between Sales, Legal, and Finance to manage pricing exceptions and optimize quote-to-cash processes.

Own the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of the Starburst Galaxy IaaS/SaaS infrastructure. Design and build core operational infrastructure, including APIs for cloud provisioning and observability tooling.

Lead the strategy and delivery of Starburst's access control offerings to empower customers in managing data access. Collaborate with engineering and go-to-market teams to define product vision and prioritize features based on customer insights.

The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for building and delivering a product roadmap for data connectors, balancing customer needs with internal team requirements based on data-driven insights. This involves collaborating globally across time zones in an Agile environment and deeply understanding Starburst personas.
