The SDR is responsible for generating and qualifying high-quality sales pipelines across public and private sectors. This includes executing outbound strategies, conducting discovery calls, and partnering with Regional Sales Directors to accelerate opportunities.

The Director will develop risk-based physical security strategies for utility and critical infrastructure operators while driving the adoption of SoundThinking's public safety technologies. They are responsible for building a significant sales pipeline and acting as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders to enhance operational resilience.

Lead the full sales cycle for small and medium law enforcement agencies in the Midwest to drive ARR growth. Serve as a trusted advisor to agency leaders by connecting them with the SafetySmart platform solutions based on operational needs.
