Manage a portfolio of government accounts to drive product adoption, retention, and expansion through strategic success plans. Act as the voice of the customer by collaborating cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams to align innovation with client needs.

This role will support and optimize the current Agile delivery model, focusing on sprint health and cross-team coordination, while also designing mechanisms to support continuous deployment and rapid AI iteration over time. The primary focus is owning execution integrity by ensuring intelligent sequencing, safe deployment, and intentional feature exposure across engineering initiatives.
