Design, build, and own low-level systems including Fusion, Fusion Snapshots, Ignite, and Sched to support scientific cloud workloads. Drive performance engineering, set technical standards, and mentor team members to ensure operational excellence.
Develop and maintain robust scientific workflows using Nextflow to help clients analyze and visualize complex biological data. Collaborate with customers to deploy cloud-based data infrastructures and provide training on Seqera products.
