Serve as the primary technical and scientific contact for customers to implement the Labbit LIMS platform. Responsibilities include configuring software, creating test plans, and managing project timelines to ensure successful product adoption.
The role involves triaging Tier 1 technical issues and resolving or escalating customer queries for the Labbit product. Additionally, the analyst will create technical documentation and knowledge bases to improve customer success processes.
