They will also act as a bridge between customers and internal teams to influence product development and ensure seamless operational workflows.

The role involves building and maintaining pipelines for calling variants from genomic data using modern tools like Prefect, ensuring reproducibility and scalability. Responsibilities also include designing and coding robust tools for genomic data analysis and optimizing existing code for efficiency.
