The Senior Student Advisor provides leadership and mentorship to a team of advisors while managing a caseload of students to ensure academic success and retention. They also assist the Assistant Director with program services, staff training, and the implementation of student intervention strategies.

The analyst is responsible for triaging and analyzing defects in courseware production to ensure high-quality standards are met. This includes auditing audio/video segments, verifying defect fixes, and collaborating with internal teams to prevent future issues.
