The Customer Success Manager will act as a trusted business advisor for top customers, including OE Retail and Aftermarket accounts, helping to define and create a new customer journey for e-commerce solutions. They will also analyze data to identify sales growth opportunities and communicate progress on initiatives to stakeholders.

The Chief Financial Officer will own the full financial function, serving as a trusted partner to the CEO and executive team. Responsibilities include building a finance organization, overseeing accounting and compliance, managing cash and risk, and leading fundraising and M&A efforts.
