Manage liability loss claims from intake to resolution, ensuring compliance with policy provisions and state regulations. Conduct on-site field investigations to evaluate property damage, gather evidence, and determine liability exposure.

The role involves end-to-end management of property claims, ensuring compliance with policy coverage and state requirements, and conducting thorough investigations to determine damages. Responsibilities also include evaluating field adjuster estimates, recognizing subrogation potential, and providing superior reports for accurate claim value evaluations.

Manage complex New York Labor Law general liability claims and third-party property and bodily injury. Investigate claims, determine coverage, and participate in litigation activities.
