Investigate and resolve Inland Marine and Cargo claims involving commercial vehicles and transportation equipment. Determine coverage, assess liability, and manage claim exposures to ensure resolution according to policy and regulatory standards.
Manage liability loss claims from intake to resolution, ensuring compliance with policy provisions and state regulations. Conduct on-site field investigations to evaluate property damage, gather evidence, and determine liability exposure.
