The QA Manager is responsible for testing product versions using C# and Visual Studio to ensure the quality and reliability of the ClearCalc platform. This includes generating medical device documentation and collaborating with engineering and regulatory teams to mitigate software risks.

Develop and maintain full stack functionality for the ChartCheck application using C# and JavaScript. Design scalable web and cloud-based software solutions to improve cancer treatment planning workflows.

The Clinical Support Representative will troubleshoot clinical software issues and provide timely support to cancer clinics via email, phone, and screen share. They will manage a high-volume case load while collaborating with internal teams to improve clinical workflows and patient outcomes.

The Solutions Manager will drive the adoption of QuickCode billing software by serving as a subject matter expert and partnering with Account Managers to manage the sales pipeline. They are responsible for conducting product demonstrations, performing ROI analyses, and supporting the transition of new customers to the Clinical Success team.

You will lead software implementations, coordinate with IT teams, and train clinical users to ensure successful adoption of Radformation’s radiation oncology workflows. Additionally, you will troubleshoot customer issues, provide product feedback to the engineering team, and represent the company at industry events.
