The Chief Estimator will lead and scale the estimating function, overseeing processes, tools, and standards for federal construction projects. This role involves mentoring staff, developing detailed cost estimates, and collaborating with project delivery teams to ensure accurate and competitive bids.

The Program Manager will lead the regional federal portfolio for Quanta Government Solutions, ensuring program P&L, client satisfaction, and compliance. They will serve as the primary liaison between the organization and key stakeholders, driving pursuit conversion and disciplined execution.
