Lead the capture strategy and relationship campaigns to win defense infrastructure work for NAVFAC, USACE, and the Department of War. Develop win strategies, manage the pursuit pipeline, and coordinate teaming efforts to establish QGS as a viable defense contractor.

The Quality Manager is responsible for implementing and maintaining the quality assurance program in compliance with ISO 9001, NQA-1, and DOE requirements. This includes conducting audits, managing nonconformances, and partnering with operations to embed quality into the project lifecycle.

Lead and execute complex federal Design-Build or EPC projects from pursuit through close-out. Manage project budgets, schedules, and federal compliance while mentoring cross-functional teams to ensure safety and quality.
