They are responsible for driving product adoption, ensuring customer health, and managing commercial outcomes including renewals and expansion.
The Principal Platform Engineer will own and evolve the company's cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and container orchestration strategy. They will also lead technical efforts to maintain security and compliance standards such as HIPAA and SOC 2.
You will build and maintain features across the full stack while taking end-to-end ownership from architectural design through production deployment. Additionally, you will act as a product-minded partner to translate complex user needs into technically sound solutions while mentoring teammates.
