Prefect

You will own and scale distributed systems within Prefect Cloud, including orchestration, APIs, and data paths to ensure platform reliability. You will also apply your expertise in query engines and data processing to optimize how work is planned, executed, and observed across the platform.

The role involves shaping and shipping the agentic-workflow product surface in Prefect Cloud, focusing on execution plans and agent authoring. You will own user-facing features end-to-end across the stack with a primary focus on the front-end experience.

Own the end-to-end UI and product features for the Horizon MCP gateway, translating complex governance concepts into intuitive user experiences. Collaborate with GTM partners and customers to turn enterprise signals into polished, shipped full-stack software.

You will own the technical relationship with strategic customers, leading complex evaluations from discovery through production deployment. Additionally, you will develop repeatable technical sales methodologies and contribute to the product roadmap by synthesizing customer feedback.

The Account Executive will own the entire sales cycle for new customers, from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiation and closing deals, focusing on meeting or exceeding revenue targets by landing new logos. This involves blending product-led sales signals with targeted outbound efforts and running technical evaluations in partnership with Sales Engineers.
