The fellow will support the Medical Services Team by enhancing clinical production processes and implementing PPFA Medical Standards & Guidelines. They will also assist in planning learning opportunities, supporting the National Medical Committee, and creating patient education materials.

The Associate Director will develop and deliver standardized training resources to support clinical staff onboarding, resilience, and equitable abortion service delivery. They are responsible for overseeing proctoring programs and collaborating with health delivery teams to ensure training remains cutting-edge and patient-centered.

The Associate Director will lead strategic business operations and project management to drive financial sustainability and innovation across the affiliate network. This includes managing high-impact partnerships, conducting financial modeling, and designing pilot programs to scale effective business models.
