The Accounts Payable Manager will own the full-cycle AP process, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and reconciliations. They are also responsible for building scalable workflows, implementing financial controls, and supporting month-end close activities.

Lead strategic partnerships across corporate affairs and political communications, serving as a trusted advisor to enterprise-level clients. Oversee integrated campaigns from strategy through execution while managing cross-functional teams and driving long-term account growth.

Build and scale the Revenue Operations function from the ground up, owning the HubSpot CRM and revenue data model. Partner with Sales, Talent, and Finance to create scalable processes and actionable insights for revenue growth.

This role is responsible for crafting social media amplification strategies for clients, owning the end-to-end development, execution, and optimization of creator-driven campaigns across various distribution channels. The director will also lead and mentor a high-performing team focused on creator sourcing, activation management, and relationship sustaining.
