The Director of Accounting will own the end-to-end accounting function, including month-end closes, financial reporting, and the transition from outsourced to in-house operations. They will also lead the migration to a multi-entity platform, design internal controls, and manage intercompany transactions.
Coordinate the end-to-end provider credentialing pipeline by working with third-party vendors and internal teams. Track application statuses and maintain accurate documentation to ensure billing readiness and practice go-lives.
The role involves contributing to architectural decisions and owning complex product challenges from design to shipping. The engineer will partner with Product and Clinical teams to translate workflows into scalable software solutions.
