Provide pre- and post-sales technical support through live demonstrations, troubleshooting, and customer training for the Nanoimager technology. Collaborate with sales and product teams to drive product awareness and collect feedback for future development.

The Field Application Scientist will provide technical support, conduct product demonstrations, and facilitate training for customers to ensure effective use of ONI's technology. They will also collaborate with the sales team to provide scientific insights and manage logistics for instrument shipments.

The Sales Executive will drive commercial growth by managing the sales funnel, closing new business, and up-selling to existing customers in the US West Coast and Mexico. They will also represent the voice of the customer internally to influence product development and marketing strategies.
