Lead the end-to-end execution of US hair nutraceutical clinical studies, including study design, site management, and data infrastructure. Responsible for authoring core clinical documents and ensuring compliance with GCP and regulatory guidelines to support product claims.

Lead the technical implementation of marketing measurement strategies, including MMM, MTA, and incrementality testing. Apply AI and machine learning to improve measurement quality and mentor the analytics team on data science methods.

The Senior Director will define and lead enterprise-level measurement strategies, establishing standardized frameworks and metric governance across the organization.
