The OSP Project Manager II coordinates all aspects of telecommunications infrastructure projects, including planning, scheduling, and budget management. They oversee construction quality and compliance while collaborating with engineers and permitting entities to ensure timely project completion.

The Field Engineer III is responsible for managing service delivery, including customer coordination, hardware installation, and network configuration. They also provide advanced troubleshooting, maintain network inventory, and act as an escalation point for Tier I and II engineers.
