The Field Engineer III is responsible for managing service delivery, including customer coordination, hardware installation, and network configuration. They also provide advanced troubleshooting, maintain network inventory, and act as an escalation point for Tier I and II engineers.

Field Service Delivery Engineers focus on engineering and operation duties, including designing, building, testing, deploying, provisioning, and troubleshooting the NoaNet production Network within an assigned geographical area. Responsibilities also involve providing technical expertise, performing technical evaluations, preparing documentation, and coordinating installation and testing of network equipment at customer sites.
