Manually review, validate, and update data across multiple CRM databases and web-based applications to match records. Collaborate with leaders to resolve missing data and perform research tasks to ensure a flawless final product.

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat to resolve concerns with empathy and accuracy. Document all interactions in the CRM and identify opportunities to improve the overall customer experience.

The engineer will design, build, and maintain AI assistants and copilots for departments like HR, Finance, and Operations, while developing custom AI agents using modern frameworks and prompt engineering strategies. Responsibilities also include creating end-to-end automated workflows, integrating AI platforms with corporate systems, and ensuring secure, compliant AI deployments.
