Lead the financial control, reporting, compliance, and tax functions across the Group to ensure financial integrity and regulatory compliance. Drive finance transformation, including the implementation of a Group-wide ERP and the standardization of global processes.

Deliver operational HR support across the entire employee lifecycle and provide expert guidance to managers on people matters. Manage employee relations cases and maintain accurate records within the BambooHR system.
