Lead and develop the Application Security team, set its strategy and performance measures, and provide security leadership across MetaMask applications, services, and smart contracts. Oversee secure design and delivery, supply chain controls, vulnerability management, external testing and disclosure, audit evidence, and incident support while remaining hands-on with threat modeling and code review.
You will own the vision and roadmap for Universal KYC and MetaMask Passport, defining how a reusable identity layer unlocks the broader MetaMask product stack. You will lead the execution of scalable verification primitives while partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure global compliance and a seamless user experience.
You will be responsible for setting the strategy and executing lifecycle campaigns across all Consensys products to drive user value. This includes managing end-to-end campaign workflows, from creative briefing and targeting to measurement and experimentation.
The Senior Software Engineer will design and implement front-end components and user experiences for prediction market interactions within the MetaMask platform. They will also develop robust backend services and APIs to manage real-time market data, user positions, and secure transaction signing.
You will own the technical architecture and roadmap for MetaMask's Perpetuals experience across mobile and extension platforms. Additionally, you will drive cross-team technical alignment and mentor senior engineers to ensure high-quality, scalable trading features.
Manage the security risk register, control monitoring, evidence, Drata GRC tooling, and audit operations to maintain an accurate and defensible security posture. Coordinate ISO 27001 and SOC 2 audits, track risk treatment and exceptions, and report register and evidence status to the Lead and Risk Committee.
