The Technical Superintendent will manage the preparation and operational readiness of the Africa Mercy II, including maintenance planning and regulatory compliance. They will oversee technical staff, manage contractor relationships, and ensure the vessel meets all safety and classification standards.

The Chief Technology Officer will provide executive leadership and strategic direction for the global technology function during a period of organizational transformation. They will partner with executive leadership to strengthen technology strategy, governance, and delivery effectiveness while ensuring enterprise technology supports the organization's mission.

Support the IT Product Manager in installing, configuring, and setting up core applications for a new ship build. This includes documenting requirements, training users, and ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture.
