You will lead the selection, training, and ongoing development of coaches to ensure high-quality performance at scale. This involves building and iterating on coach-development systems, facilitating training programs, and providing actionable feedback to maintain coaching standards.
You will manage a portfolio of 35 to 45 mid-market and enterprise accounts, owning the entire lifecycle from implementation to renewal and expansion. You are responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic relationships with People and L&D leaders, and representing partner needs internally.
