The Senior People Partner will serve as the dedicated HRBP for G&A and GTM functions, managing the full employment cycle and organizational design. They will partner with leadership to translate business priorities into actionable people strategies while ensuring compliance across multiple European jurisdictions.
You will own the full commercial lifecycle of enterprise accounts, focusing on retention, renewals, and driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling. You will act as a trusted partner to French-speaking stakeholders, aligning Lokalise's capabilities with their business objectives and localization workflows.
You will own the month-end close process and balance sheet integrity across global entities while managing relationships with external accounting and payroll providers. Additionally, you will lead finance automation initiatives to transition manual workflows into scalable, controlled processes.
