The Account Specialist supports the day-to-day servicing needs of middle and large market accounts by partnering with Account Managers and Executives. Responsibilities include managing account information in the Agency Management System, processing policy transactions, and interacting directly with clients regarding service needs.
Develop and advocate for effective claim strategies and timely resolutions, communicate claim information, and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, TPAs, and other industry partners. Contribute to presentations and claim projects, support staff onboarding and development, and maintain expertise across multiple coverage lines.
The Client Manager is responsible for maintaining professional relationships with clients, resolving benefit-related issues, and managing carrier and vendor implementations. They also lead communication sessions and prepare materials to educate participants on benefit program features.
Manage and resolve energy-sector insurance claims while maintaining strong relationships with clients, carriers, and TPAs. Support the Claim Manager in staff onboarding and contribute to new business presentations and RFPs.
