Design and document integrated material handling systems, including conventional equipment and innovative technologies, from conceptual design and budgeting through firm pricing and implementation support. Lead cross-functional design efforts, collaborate with clients and vendors, and support site visits, design reviews, and proposal development.
Manage and grow client relationships by advising on operational needs, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities, and supporting the development and presentation of integrated material-handling solutions. Provide post-launch operational support and training, track system performance against KPIs and business-case goals, and coordinate with clients, sales, engineering, project teams, and vendors to ensure successful delivery and satisfaction.
